Step 3 HYDRATION AND KERATIN BOOSTER is the finishing oil with keratin, collagen, and aloe vera that moisturizes the eyelashes and eyebrows after the lamination process.

STEP 3 HYDRATION AND KERATIN BOOSTER is used after tinting the eyelashes or eyebrows. Apply the product with a brush from the root to the tips of the eyelashes. Gently clean the eyelashes and the area between the lashes from all product residues with upward movements. Do not rinse.
