Noemi - Remover – removes color impurities and reduces color intensity.

The remover is used to remove color impurities from the skin or to remove applied color from the skin in and around the eyebrows. It also allows the color intensity to be reduced by 1-2 shades. Gentle on skin and hair.

Usage: Apply Noemi Remover to a cotton pad or cotton swab and remove the color from the desired area. Rinse with water afterwards.

APPLICATION

Spray the eyebrows twice, making sure to cover the entire length of the eyebrows; then vigorously rub the area where the color is to be removed with a cotton ball to clean the area.
