InLei® Developer Cream 1.5%, 5 Vol. is a stable oxidising emulsion, specially developed for use with InLei® tints. Its unique texture ensures it mixes quickly with the tinting cream and allows for easy application to the hairs.
Mix the desired colour with the InLei® Developer in a 1:1 ratio to prepare the tinting cream. Apply the cream and leave it on for 6 to 12 minutes, depending on the texture of the hairs. Then remove the colour.
