Payment and Delivery

The following terms apply:

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Delivery charges (plus VAT)

Deliveries to Germany

We charge a flat-rate delivery fee starting from €4.99 per order.

For orders totalling €99.00 or more, we offer free delivery.

International deliveries:

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee for international deliveries as follows

:- EU: €9.95-
Non-EU (excluding Switzerland): €19.99-
Switzerland: €15.90; for orders totalling €299.00 or more, a flat rate of €9.99 Shipping costs

For collection in person, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and the collection options. In this case, no delivery charges will be applied.

When paying by credit card (without using PayPal), your credit card account will be debited once the goods have been dispatched.

Payment via SOFORT / Sofortüberweisung

If you select the Sofort / Sofortüberweisung payment method, the payment will be processed by the payment service provider Sofort GmbH (Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany; ‘SOFORT’). Sofort GmbH is a company within the Klarna Group (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden). To use the SOFORT payment method, you must have an online banking account that has been activated for this purpose. During the payment process as part of your order, you must authenticate yourself and confirm the payment instruction to SOFORT. Payment via PayPal
If you select a payment method offered via PayPal, the payment will be processed by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449, Luxembourg; ‘PayPal’). The individual payment methods available via PayPal are displayed under a correspondingly labelled button on our website and during the online ordering process. PayPal may use other payment services to process payments; where specific payment terms apply, you will be notified of these separately.
