ÉLAN - Brow Gel Tint

The eyebrow gel colour has been developed to enable even and precise colouring of the eyebrows. The formula ensures reliable colour results and helps the hairs maintain a well-groomed appearance during the colouring process.

For optimal results, it is recommended to use the colour in combination with the 1% oxidant or the 3.5% oxidising emulsion from the ÉLAN range.
